We’re recruiting new McKenzie Friends volunteers!

We’re looking for new McKenzie Friends volunteers to join our passionate and dynamic team! McKenzie Friends volunteers support asylum seekers who have no access to legal representation, assisting them to access legal representation after an asylum refusal and accompanying asylum seekers to appeal hearings. McKenzie Friends jazz night – Sat 8th Feb!

Following on from the success of last year’s event, BEACON is hosting another ‘jazz night’ to raise funds for the McKenzie Friends project! This year the event will be held at the Kirkgate Centre, 39A Kirkgate, Shipley, on Saturday 8th February. Doors open at 7.30pm with live music from 8 til late! Annual General Meeting – 28th January 2020!

Join us for our Annual General Meeting and an evening celebrating our work over the past year.
