We’re hosting online yoga sessions on Tuesday mornings throughout the month of March!
The sessions will take place every Tuesday from 10-11am starting on Tuesday 2nd March. The sessions are FREE for refugees & people seeking asylum and PAYF for all other attendees.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to improve physical and mental wellbeing.
What are the benefits of Yoga?
- improves strength and flexibility
- improves posture
- helps with concentration
- helps with stress and anxiety
What equipment do I need?
Something to sit, stand, and lie on for example, a towel, blanket, or mat.
What clothes do I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can move easily in.
Where is the class?
Online via Zoom. The login details will be sent on Mondays, the day before the class starts.
