  • Pharmacist Pete Dawson visits the CHAT English Club
    21 Feb 2018

We had a great English conversation session at the CHAT English Club last week, when visiting pharmacist Pete Dawson explained about current pharmacy services and how best to use them, taking lots of questions, listening to student experiences and doing some impressive role plays.  Groups of students at advanced, intermediate and early stages of learning English worked with Pete and volunteers to power up their English vocabulary and skills for real-life situations. People are Saying

‘I started attending CHAT English club, I met there very helpful, polite and kind people who helped me and others to improve our language, increase our self-confidence and also helped with some cultural information. All that by smooth and funny learning methods.

As one result, I was able to get a professional job in three months of getting the work permit, as I had enough self-confidence to have a detailed interview.

Former CHAT English student, September 2015, now working as an engineer in Manchester.
