Get the week off to a good start with an online yoga session live from Kathmandu!

Enjoy a beginner yoga class via Zoom with Anne Goldie based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The class will be streamed live next Monday 1st February, 10.45am-12pm and is FREE for refugees & people seeking asylum and PAYF for all other attendees.
